1. Before preparing low-calorie cottage cheese pancakes, carefully sieve the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add semolina and granulated sugar to it, and mix well.

2. Knead the dough and let it rest for half an hour. Divide the rested dough into portion-sized pieces and shape them into cheese pancakes (about 1 cm thick).

3. Coat each cheese pancake with flour on both sides. Take a frying pan, heat it to a high temperature. Pour sunflower oil into it and wait until it heats up to a hot state.
