Grilled cheese pancakes
Description
To keep the cheese pancakes holding their shape, I recommend not frying them right away but letting the curd mixture rest for at least 30 minutes. If you have catastrophically little time in the morning, you can prepare the base the night before. Thanks to the grill ridges of the pan, the cheese pancakes develop an incredibly appetizing crust. In a word—highly recommended.
