Cheese pancakes: classic recipe
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Traditionally, serve the cheese pancakes with sour cream. The tastiest cheese pancakes are made from high-fat homemade cottage cheese. I definitely recommend using exactly that. Or simply buy store-bought cottage cheese with a high fat content. Be sure to try making cheese pancakes from cottage cheese using this tried-and-true recipe. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
