Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Don't throw away sour cottage cheese—use it to make wonderfully aromatic and golden-fried pancakes and treat your loved ones to this tasty dish. To balance the sourness, simply add a little more sugar or some full-fat milk, as well as dried fruits such as raisins or apricots. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    Place cottage cheese of any fat content into a bowl or deep plate, add salt, break in a chicken egg, and mix in the raisins. You can pre-soak the raisins in boiling water an hour before making the pancakes.
