Dietary oven-baked cheese pancakes
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. To reduce the amount of sugar, I recommend adding banana to the batter, and optionally dried fruits as well. Instead of semolina, you can use ground oats or bran, for example. These cheese pancakes can be served not only for dessert but also for breakfast, accompanied by natural yogurt, berries, or jam to taste. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
