Cheese appetizer on chips

Description
It works for both holidays and everyday meals. Nothing is simpler than making an appetizer like this on chips. I recommend using Pringles chips, since they’re all the perfect size and quite wide. It’s easy to spread the filling on them, and this appetizer ends up looking very nice on a holiday table.

Step 1
Finely chop 5–6 crab sticks.

Peel the eggs and grate them on a fine grater. Grate the cheese as well and combine both ingredients.

Press the garlic through a garlic press. Combine it with the cheese and crab sticks. Add mayonnaise and mix.

Place the lettuce leaves on a plate. Top with the chips, then spoon the filling over them.

The appetizer is ready. Serve at the table.
