Perfect with meals and drinks. Making such a simple appetizer is a real pleasure. The cheese sausage looks very appetizing, but it tastes even better. You can use hard cheese, but cream cheese or Adyghe cheese is better. Black olives can be replaced with green olives, or add a little of each. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

2. Remove the seeds from the pepper and dice into small cubes.

3. Finely chop the greens and add them to the remaining ingredients.

4. Cut the olives into 4 pieces.

5. Add softened butter and red pepper to all the ingredients and mix.

6. Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a log. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
