   Preparing breaded fried cheese won't take much time or effort. Start by cutting the cheese into long slices.

   Break the eggs into a separate bowl and beat them with salt and pepper. In the next dish, prepare the breadcrumbs.

   Now we'll bread the cheese. First dip it in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumbs. Repeat this step several times so the cheese ends up very crispy. The coating should be even; otherwise the cheese will melt and start to leak out. To help the cheese hold the coating better, you can first roll it in flour.
