Homemade Cheese in a Multicooker
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. Here is a classic homemade cheese recipe made in a multicooker. The cheese tastes like the familiar brined cheese (brynza). In the multicooker, milk is simmered with lemon juice, then eggs are added. The dairy curd is cooked on the "Bake" setting, then strained from the liquid and placed under a press overnight. In the morning, "bathe" the finished cheese in a salt brine to give it its characteristic slightly salty flavor. Good luck
