Cheese in a Multicooker
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. The advantages of making this dish in the Redmond multi-cooker are not only speed and ease, but also that the bowl’s ceramic coating does not harm the food’s texture or flavor, and it is easy to clean. 1. To make cheese in the Redmond multi-cooker, you will need sour milk that has not yet turned into whey. Pour it into the multi-cooker bowl. In a small bowl, whisk an egg mixed with salt and add it to the milk. 2. Close the multi-cooker lid and set Baking mode for 20 minutes. When the time is up, open the lid. Whey should have separated from the milk. 3. Take a pot, set a colander on top, and line the colander with cheesecloth so the ends hang down. Pour the whey from the bowl into the colander. 4. Then fold up the edges of the cheesecloth and place a weight on top. Leave for 1–2 hours. The longer the cheese rests under the press, the drier it will become. The cheese is ready.
