The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for making "President" cheese at home. An analogue of the well-known cheese is very easy to prepare! Mix the dairy ingredients with salt, wrap everything in cheesecloth, and hang it over the sink for several days. You'll get a wonderful creamy cheese. Have a good day.    Mix the sour cream and kefir thoroughly, add a pinch of salt.

   Wrap the resulting mixture in cheesecloth and hang it over the sink for 2–3 days. This way, the excess liquid will gradually drain off. After a couple of days, unfold the cheesecloth and check the result.
