Baked Pig Ears

Description

Perfect with a meal and with drinks. Baked pig’s ears are easy to make. I usually boil them first, then bake them in the oven with sauce. I serve them hot as a rustic country dish. I serve boiled or baked potatoes with the ears. Serve this appetizer at the table.
