Chinese-style pig ears
Description
A delicious appetizer for any group. Here is a simple recipe for making Chinese-style pork ears. This dish makes an excellent snack with beer or a great addition to a main side dish for lunch or dinner. Start cooking in the evening so the appetizer is ready by morning. Good luck. It can be served warm or chilled.

In the morning, slice the ears into strips and serve them, drizzled with soy sauce and garnished as you like. I serve them on a plate with fresh vegetables.
