
Sous-vide pork steaks
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This used to be available only in expensive restaurants. Now it's accessible to everyone. Sous-vide is a cooking method in which meat or vegetables are placed in a plastic bag with the air removed and cooked at a relatively low, controlled temperature in a water bath. After boiling, the meat is seared for three minutes to achieve a golden crust. This dish is perfect for a festive table. Serve hot.

1. Cut the tenderloin into steaks.

2. Place the sealed bags with pork in water for 5 minutes.

3. Remove the steaks from the bags, season the meat with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour in a little vegetable oil.
