
Pork ribs (tender and very juicy)

Cut the strips of ribs into pieces containing 2-4 bones each.

Place them in boiling water, then add an onion head, a garlic head (preferably halved), salt, sugar, cloves, black peppercorns, bay leaf, ginger, and rice. Cook until the meat is done, but do not overcook to the point where the bones start to separate. I cook for 35-40 minutes.

Make a mixture for coating the ribs: vegetable oil, salt, sugar, ground red chili pepper, ground black pepper, dried garlic, dried onion, tomato paste, soy sauce, and honey at the end.

Thoroughly mix to create a thick consistency.

Coat each piece of ribs with the mixture, place on a baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30–35 minutes.
