Canadian-style pork ribs in sauce

Description

This recipe won't take much time. Canadian-style pork ribs in sauce are a wonderful dish perfect for feeding the whole family. There are several sauce variations, but I prefer a simple one: sugar, mustard, soy sauce, and garlic for spice. For the marinade, I use only brown sugar, which adds a sweet note and gives the dish a beautiful brown glaze. If you don't have brown sugar, honey can be used as an alternative. Soy sauce and mustard pair perfectly with pork. The ribs turn out tender, juicy, slightly spicy, and a bit sweet—absolutely finger-licking good. The recipe is very easy, yet the result is amazing. Serve hot.
