Pork ribs in sour sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The ribs are juicy, and each piece literally melts in your mouth. You can prepare them in a multicooker, which makes the process effortless. Marinate the pork ribs beforehand in a sour sauce made from sour plums, as I suggest. Don't worry about the taste—the acidity will help tenderize the meat fibers and add a pleasant tangy flavor. Serve hot.
