Wash the ribs, dry with a towel. Rub with pepper and salt.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, onion, and garlic. Rub this mixture onto the ribs.

After half an hour, place the ribs on foil, wrap them up, and put them on a baking sheet for roasting.

Bake the ribs in the oven for 2 hours at 180 degrees. Then open the foil, brush with barbecue sauce, and bake for another 15 minutes, covering again with foil.
