
Pork ribs with spicy sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The ribs go perfectly with vegetables, cold beer, for example. Actually, they melt in your mouth. Very delicious! Adjust the spiciness to taste by reducing or increasing the amount of ginger. The ready dish can be served.

1. Finely chop the garlic, onion, parsley, and ginger root. Peel the tomatoes and lightly crush them. Mix red wine, cold tea, parsley, paprika, red pepper flakes, maple syrup, tomato paste, tomatoes, and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour, then let cool. In a separate skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onion with garlic and ginger. Add vinegar and reduce until almost completely evaporated. Combine the contents of the pot and skillet, then blend until smooth.

2. Wash the meat and season it with salt and pepper. Then generously coat it with the sauce, reserving about 0.5–1 cup. Marinate the meat for at least 1 hour if possible—the longer, the better. Place the ribs on a baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake in a preheated oven at 140 degrees for 2 hours. Then flip the ribs, brush them with the remaining sauce, and bake for another 30 minutes.
