
Pork ribs in a skillet

1. Rinse the ribs thoroughly, pat dry with paper towels, then cut into portion-sized pieces.

2. Squeeze the garlic using a garlic press.

4. Place the pan over heat and warm the vegetable oil in it. Add the ribs to the hot oil and fry over high heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring with a spatula.

5. When the meat is browned, add the onion and garlic to the pan and reduce the heat. Mix well and continue frying for about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
