Pork ribs on the grill
Description
The tastiest ribs are grilled on a barbecue! They pair perfectly with various sauces, dips, salads, and fresh baked goods. To make the meat juicy and develop a golden crust, marinate it in advance in a marinade with tomato sauce. Add your favorite herbs and spices to taste, but avoid coarse-ground ones, as they may burn.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Choose ribs with a good layer of meat. Rinse them, trim off the tendons and membranes, and pat dry with paper towels.
- 2
Step 2

In a deep container, combine tomato sauce, flower honey, salt, ground black pepper, and lemon juice. Optionally, grate half a peeled onion or a couple of garlic cloves on a fine grater. Gently mix everything together.
- 3
Step 3

Rub the ribs with marinade on all sides and let them sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. You can place the ribs in marinade into a container or a bag and take them like this on a picnic or trip.
- 4
Step 4

Place the meat on the grill grate and roast for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Cooking time directly depends on the thickness of the meat and the heat intensity.
- 5
Step 5

Place the finished ribs on a plate and cover with a lid or bowl, letting them rest for 5-8 minutes so the juices distribute evenly throughout the meat.
- 6
Step 6

Then serve at the table with any chosen side dish, for example — baked potatoes in foil. Enjoy your meal!
