Prepare the ribs for cooking. Wash them and let them dry, or pat them dry with a paper towel.

Now add all the spices and salt to the ribs and mix well in a large bowl. Also add a few tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Turn on the multicooker to the "Sauté" mode and cook the ribs for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Then pour in 100 ml of water and switch to "Stewing" or "Cooking" mode for 15 minutes. At the end, you can open the multicooker, add barbecue sauce to taste, and sear the ribs in the "Sauté" mode to form a crust.
