Fried pork ribs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can grill pork ribs on a grill or barbecue, but today I'll tell you how to quickly and easily prepare pork ribs in a skillet. I've chosen this method because it's more convenient and requires less of your time. So, let's cook fried pork ribs in a skillet. Serve hot.

Step 1

1. Rinse the pork ribs thoroughly under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels and cut into portion-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl.

Step 2

2. Squeeze the garlic using a garlic press or simply chop it very finely.

Step 3

3. Season the ribs with salt, pepper, and other spices. Pour in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add minced garlic. Mix thoroughly so that each rib is completely coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1–3 hours (or preferably overnight). Periodically stir the ribs while they marinate.

Step 4

4. When the pork ribs have marinated well, heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet. Place the ribs in the hot oil and fry over medium heat until fully cooked, stirring occasionally. When the ribs are almost done, increase the heat—meat should brown nicely.

5. Place the cooked ribs on a serving dish and serve.
