Pork ribs in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Baked pork ribs are a great alternative to shashlik when you don't have the chance to go outdoors and grill meat under the open sky. I love spicy and hot ribs, and I'll share how to make them. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1
Wash and dry the ribs, then rub them with salt. Finely chop the chili pepper; if you don't like spicy food, you can omit it. In a large bowl, combine barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and pepper.

Step 2
Place the ribs in a bowl, add the marinade, and mix well to ensure it is evenly distributed. Cover the bowl and refrigerate to marinate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Step 3
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Put in a preheated oven at 160°C. After an hour, remove the foil and increase the temperature to 200°C. Leave the meat in the oven for another 30 minutes, until the ribs are nicely browned.
