
Asian-style pork chops with radish

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Thaw the meat in advance at room temperature. Wash and dry the radish.

2. Prepare the marinade for the meat. To do this, mix 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, honey, mustard, and vegetable oil. Stir. Add garlic pressed through a garlic press, red pepper, and black pepper. Mix everything once again.

3. Cut the meat into pieces about 1 cm thick. Pound on both sides with a meat mallet and place into a deep bowl.
