
Pork chops with lemon and parsley

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Cut the meat into pieces and pound each side. Lightly prick each cutlet with a fork.

3. Cut the lemon in half. Slice one half into rounds, and grate the zest from the other half.
