
Pork chops with fried beans
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Marinate the pork cutlets in advance and prepare the green sauce; the next day all you'll need to do is fry the meat. Serve hot.

1. Mix orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, and thinly sliced onion in a large resealable plastic bag. Shake well to combine all ingredients evenly.

2. Place the pork cutlets into a bag, seal the bag, and marinate for several hours (preferably overnight).

3. While the cutlets are marinating, add cilantro and parsley to a blender. Pour in olive oil and blend until smooth.

4. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer the resulting mixture to a small container and store in the refrigerator.

5. Remove the pork cutlets from the marinade (discard the bag). Grill the cutlets until fully cooked. Place on a plate, drizzle with the prepared green sauce, and serve with fried beans.
