
Pork chops with broccoli and cheese
Description
Use pork as the base; meat with some fat marbling is preferable for a juicier result. First, lightly sauté the broccoli, then bake it together with the meat under a layer of cheese. I also recommend marinating the meat beforehand. Serve this dish deliciously with rice or fresh vegetables and herbs.

Prepare the ingredients.

Rinse the broccoli, dry it, then cut the broccoli into small pieces.

Rinse the pork and cut it into pieces, then pound with a kitchen mallet, covering the meat with plastic wrap.

Add salt, pepper, dried garlic, and soy sauce to the meat. Mix everything and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat the pan and lightly grease it with oil, add the broccoli and fry for a few minutes.
