
Pork medallions with orange sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Tasty and simple. Cut the meat into small pieces, season with pepper and salt, then coat in flour. Fry in a pan on both sides. Finely chop the garlic and sauté in the same pan for about a minute. Add orange and lemon juice, bring to a boil, then simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened. Serve the meat, pouring the resulting sauce over it and garnishing with green onions. The dish is ready to be served.

Cut the meat into small pieces and press with your hand to make them thinner.

Heat oil in a skillet and sear the meat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Squeeze one glass of juice from oranges and two tablespoons of juice from lemon. Finely chop the garlic and sauté for one minute in the meat frying pan.
