Pork cutlets with Parmesan
Description
Cutlets with pasta and mushroom sauce are simply delicious. First, prepare the sauce: chop mushrooms, onion, and garlic, then sauté them. Add cream, salt, pepper, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Then mix with cooked pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Combine the ground meat with 2 eggs and spices to taste, then shape into cutlets. Prepare a breadcrumb mixture with spices and grated Parmesan. Beat one egg. Coat the cutlets in flour, then dip in egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture. Fry the cutlets and serve with pasta in mushroom sauce.
