Description

Pork schnitzel is usually made from pork shoulder. If the recipe calls for thick breading, a bone is not needed. For grilled schnitzel, use cuts with the bone, and instead of breadcrumb coating, use onion, garlic, and herbs, which will give the meat a pleasant flavor and aroma. Thanks to the cuts made in the meat, it marinates well and the marinade stays on the meat during cooking. Adjust the doneness to your taste.
