
Pork carbonade in a pan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pork carbonade is made from pork loin. The dish is very tasty and tender. It's perfect not only for weekdays but also for festive occasions. It takes just minutes to prepare. If desired, you can marinate the pork beforehand with spices, onion, and soy sauce. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients for making pork carbonara.

Cut the pork loin into steaks 1-1.5 centimeters thick. Wash, dry with a paper towel, and pound both sides.

Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.

Coat each steak in flour.

Beat the egg and dip the meat into it, making sure the egg thoroughly coats the pork on all sides.

Place the pork on a hot skillet with refined vegetable oil.

Sear the meat on one side over medium heat until a golden-brown crust forms. Then flip it to the other side, cover the skillet with a lid, and continue cooking over medium-low heat until done, for another 6–7 minutes.
