
Pork escalope with vegetables in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you've got a good piece of pork neck, don't rush to use it for stew. It's best to make shashlik, but if that's not possible, use this recipe to prepare a fragrant, juicy and delicious escalope with vegetables in the oven. The dish is very simple to make—you just need to slice the vegetables and quickly sear the meat, then let the oven do the rest. Serve the finished dish straight to the table.

1. Wash the meat, dry it, and cut into pieces about 1.5 cm thick.

2. Peel the vegetables. Cut the onion into quarter-rings, the carrots into rounds, and the peppers into cubes (I'm using frozen peppers). Do not chop the vegetables too finely.

3. Place a third of the vegetables on the bottom of the baking dish. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

4. Sear the meat in vegetable oil on a well-heated frying pan.
