
Hawaiian-style pork steak
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This dish is very easy to prepare, yet extremely delicious. Pork chops turn out very tender and cook quickly. Treat your loved ones to delicious meat. Serve hot.

1. Pound the steaks. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Set aside for a while to marinate slightly.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sear the steaks on both sides until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Do not overcook, otherwise the meat will become dry.

3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Season with salt and pepper. Dredge the tomato halves in flour and fry in a skillet on both sides. Set aside in a separate dish.

4. Cut the pineapple into four rings. Slice the cheese into four pieces. Place the seared steaks on a baking sheet. Put a pineapple ring on each steak, then place a slice of cheese on top.

5. Place the steaks in the preheated oven and bake until the cheese is completely melted. Transfer the steak to a plate, top with the fried tomato, and serve.
