Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For this recipe, you can certainly choose other vegetables to your taste and substitute fresh beans for frozen ones.     Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Grease the baking dish with oil.

    Prepare the vegetables: peel the baby carrots, peel the red onion and cut it into 8 pieces.

    In a large bowl, mix apple juice concentrate, oil, mustard, salt, marjoram, and garlic-pepper blend. Stir well.

    Using a pastry brush, coat the cutlets with half of the prepared mixture and set aside.

    Add the carrots and onions to the remaining butter mixture, mix well, and transfer to a baking dish. Bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
