Pork roasted in a multicooker with garlic and rosemary
Description
The recipe won't take much time. One of the easiest and most foolproof ways to prepare a delicious and juicy piece of pork is to bake it in a multicooker. No greasy splatters, no need to clean baking sheets and pans, oven or stovetop. No extra fat during baking. No heat in the kitchen— all the aromas stay sealed inside the multicooker! And the resulting meat turns out tender, juicy, and incredibly delicious. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the pork under icy water and thoroughly dry with paper towels. Insert peeled garlic cloves, cut in half, into the meat by making punctures in a checkerboard pattern with a long, thin knife. Before inserting, dip the garlic cloves in salt.

Step 2

Mix the ground spices for pork with paprika and olive oil. Rub the meat pieces with the mixture on all sides. Let the meat sit on the counter for about half an hour, then place it into the dry bowl of a multicooker. Put small sprigs of fresh rosemary on top of the meat.

Step 4

Let the cooked meat rest under foil, then serve it with fresh vegetables and herbs. Cool any leftovers completely and store them in the refrigerator, loosely wrapped in parchment paper. Cold pork is also very delicious.
