Pork baked with vegetables in sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's incredibly delicious and, moreover, simple to make. Just place all the ingredients into a baking dish, pour over the sauce, and put it in the oven. The sauce is also very easy to prepare: fry flour in butter and then add milk at the end. Serve the pork with a side dish or with vegetables as a standalone meal. The finished dish is ready to be served.

Step 1

1. This dish is always a great option for dinner or lunch. If you've just come home from work and don't have time to stand by the stove, pork baked with vegetables in béchamel sauce is an excellent solution, as it won't require much of your time at the stove. First, prepare the meat: cut the pork into cubes and place them in a baking dish.

Step 2

2. Separately slice the onion into half-rings and place it on top of the meat. Salt and season to taste. I usually add an all-purpose spice blend, mixed peppers, and meat seasoning.

Step 3

3. Now we need to pour the béchamel sauce over the pork. To make it, fry the flour with butter in a skillet. The mixture should be lump-free, so keep stirring constantly in the skillet.

Step 4

4. When the sauce reaches a smooth consistency, pour in a glass of milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Step 5

5. Pour the sauce over the meat and wait for it to distribute evenly.

Step 6

6. At the very end, place the tomatoes on top, sprinkle everything with grated cheese, and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Step 7

7. Bake the meat for about 40 minutes. While the pork is in the oven, you can prepare the side dish. This time I chose potatoes and pickled vegetables.
