Pork baked with mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese
Description
A real culinary discovery for me—pork baked with mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese at home. I used pork tongues for cooking, although the recipe noted that beef tongues would work as well. You can use any mushrooms, such as porcini or button mushrooms. It's best served hot. Read the detailed recipe.
