
Pork baked in sauce
Description
Among the many different recipes for meat baking sauces, I suggest a very simple version based on mayonnaise, garlic, and spices. It's amazing how harmoniously it complements pork, making it incredibly juicy and flavorful. Serve the dish with a side dish or vegetables, or use it as a sandwich filling, for example.

1. Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel, and place it on a sheet of foil previously greased with vegetable oil.

2. Place mayonnaise in a deep bowl (you can optionally use sour cream with mustard, for example).

3. Add salt, pepper, paprika, coriander, and any other spices you like, if desired.

4. Mix everything until smooth.

5. Peel and press the garlic.

6. Mix again. That's it, the sauce is ready.

7. Using a spoon, place it on the pork and spread evenly.

8. Place a few bay leaves on top for a more intense aroma.

9. Seal the packet tightly to prevent juice from leaking during cooking. Place the meat in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so it can absorb the sauce.

10. Simmer the pork in the oven at 180 degrees for about 3 hours.
