
Boiled pork
Description
The dish is easy to prepare, with no unnecessary complications. It's delicious and, most importantly, healthy! Pork can be ready in just one hour. Cooked with spices and vegetables, it turns out very aromatic. Serve hot with a side dish, or use cold as sandwiches and appetizers. The finished dish is ready to be served.

1. Many dishes can be made from pork, but the most nutritious ones are steamed or boiled. Boiled pork can be very tasty and aromatic—thanks to spices and vegetables added to the broth.

1. Peel the onion and carrot. You can optionally add bell pepper, but I usually stick to this set of vegetables.

3. Add the vegetables to the broth after the meat comes to a boil. Don't forget to skim off the foam and reduce the heat. Cover with a lid and simmer gently for about half an hour.

4. In the middle of cooking, add spices to the meat and season with salt to taste. Continue cooking for about half an hour over low heat.

5. Remove the meat once fully cooked, let it cool slightly, and cut it into portions. It can be served with a side dish, presented as an appetizer, or enjoyed as a family dinner.
