Pork in cherry sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Pork in cherry sauce is cooked on a grill. You must have a drip pan underneath to catch the meat juices. You can pour a little water or wine into the pan and, if desired, occasionally baste the meat. Otherwise, the jam in the pan may burn, creating a smoke screen. Pork in cherry sauce needs to cook for at least an hour; check for doneness by piercing the meat—it should release clear juices. The pork in cherry sauce turns out aromatic and very tasty. Good luck, and your dish is ready to be served.
