Pork in teriyaki sauce

    1. Peel the garlic and grate it or crush it using a garlic press. Add sugar and mash together. Pour in the soy sauce and water, add ground black pepper and a little sunflower oil, then mix everything thoroughly.

    2. Take fresh pork, not frozen, wash it and dry with a paper towel. Cut the meat into small pieces, then transfer to a bowl and pour over the prepared sauce. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1.5–2 hours.
