Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can make this versatile pork dish in 15 minutes if you have a multicooker. It can be served on its own or paired with porridge, pasta, mashed potatoes, or fresh vegetables. The ready dish can be served at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Choose pork with small fatty streaks — when frying, the fat will render out and the meat will absorb it, preventing it from becoming dry. Rinse the meat in water and cut it into portion-sized pieces.
- 3
Step 3

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, activate the "Frying" mode for 10-15 minutes. Place the pork pieces into the oil.
- 4
Step 4

Fry until golden brown, occasionally opening the lid of the appliance and stirring.
- 5
Step 5

Peel the onion and rinse it in water, slice it into half-rings and add to the container 2-3 minutes before the end of frying. Pour in soy sauce, then salt and pepper the meat. Spices should be added at the very end, as adding salt at the beginning of cooking will draw out the juice from the meat, making it tough.

Step 6

Wait for the appliance's sound signal, then transfer the prepared dish onto plates, sprinkling it with sesame seeds and garnishing with fresh herbs. The dish cooks very quickly!
