Pork in sour cream baked in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Personally, I always enjoy preparing this pork with sour cream in the oven at home. Although Dijon mustard is often paired with honey in marinades, I'm not particularly fond of that sweetish meat flavor. However, sour cream creates an excellent sauce, which is why this recipe for pork baked in sour cream in the oven is one of my favorites—and therefore one of my signature dishes! Highly recommended. Serve hot.
