Rinse the pork tenderloin and pat dry. Then cut into portion-sized pieces 1.5 cm thick.

Heat a skillet, add 60 ml of olive oil, and sear the pork on both sides until golden brown. Transfer the seared meat to a baking dish, pour wine over it, and cover with foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30 minutes.
