Pork in breading pan-fried
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For breading, use your favorite spices and breadcrumbs. The finished dish is very similar to pork cutlets, only without egg. You can serve the meat hot or use it for sandwiches or burgers. Since the meat is thinly sliced and tenderized, it cooks quickly—be careful not to overcook it. Serve hot.
