Pork in a baking bag
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Among all possible meat options, pork is the one home cooks choose most often—probably due to its affordability, quick cooking time, and excellent taste. I also really love this meat and add it to many dishes, or sometimes cook it separately. And if you're interested in how to prepare pork in an oven roasting bag, I'd be happy to tell you about it. The essence of this recipe is simple: mix your favorite spices with minced garlic, rub the mixture all over the meat, wrap it in a roasting bag, and place it in the oven. It's very easy and straightforward, yet with this method, the pork always turns out incredibly juicy and tender—I've tested it myself. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, we press the garlic and mix it with spices and salt.

Step 2

Then we rinse the pork and dry it with paper towels, thoroughly coating the meat with the prepared mixture on all sides.

Step 3

Place the pork in a special roasting bag, seal the end with a clip, and make several small holes in the bag to allow steam to escape. Transfer the bag with the meat into a baking dish or onto a baking sheet, and put it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40–45 minutes.

Step 4

That's it, after the time has passed, open the meat and enjoy its wonderful taste.
