
Pork in spicy sauce
Description
To prepare pork in spicy sauce, stew the meat with spices and sauce. If you want the meat to be very spicy, don't skimp on the sauce ingredients. Instead of ketchup, you can add more garlic and adjika.

Wash the pork under cold running water and cut it into small pieces.

Place the trimmed pieces of fat in a frying pan and melt them. Then add the meat to the pan. As it cooks, turn and stir the pieces, frying until a golden crust forms.

Now cut the mushrooms into pieces. Soak them in water for 10 minutes beforehand. Add the mushrooms to the pan with the meat.

Wait until the mushrooms reach a half-cooked state and acquire a golden-brown color. Then add sour cream and ketchup to the skillet, mix well. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes.

Just a few final touches left. Squeeze garlic into the pan, add nutmeg and sliced onion rings. Simmer for another ten minutes with the lid on, then serve hot.
