Step 1

1. Working with a multicooker is a matter of practice. If we are cooking meat, it's better to choose the "Baking" mode, but then it will take about an hour. For this recipe, I chose different functions. First, pour in a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and add the meat to the container.

Step 2

2. Select the "Stewing" mode and close the lid. After some time, add the onion cut into half-rings to the meat and continue stewing. You can also choose the "Baking" mode, but then manually reduce the cooking time.

Step 3

3. Mix the sour cream with salt and spices. It's better to use sour cream with moderate fat content (10-15%).

Step 4

4. Pour in the sour cream and simmer for another 20 minutes. Pork cooks faster than other meats (except chicken), so it took me no more than an hour to prepare this dish.

Step 5

5. The meat turns out tender, juicy, and incredibly aromatic. This dish goes well with mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, or any grain as a side.
