    1. First, wash, dry, and cut the meat into pieces. The recipe for cooking pork in a "Polaris" multicooker is suitable for any model; however, this version is designed for a multicooker with a frying pan function. Pour a little vegetable oil into the bottom of the pot and add the meat. Sauté for about 3 minutes on the "Fry" setting, stirring occasionally.

    2. Peel and finely dice the onion. If desired, you can also add 1-2 cloves of garlic. Wash, peel, and grate the carrot. Add to the bowl and continue frying for a few more minutes.
